Contract Agreement with North Alta Ventures

For your convenience we have provide a copy of our contract for your review. Prior to "Requesting" a contract we strongly urge you to thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions of our contract. We have also included a link to the Canadian Firearms Centre from where you may download a Firearms Declaration Form. To ensure you enter Canada without incident we recommend you read through the documentation carefully.

When you select the "Request" link you will be prompted to complete an online form that will auto complete your contract. Once the form has been completed and submitted you will be notified that the contract has been emailed to us and you will be issued a tracking number. We recommend you include this tracking number on your check when submitting your deposit or to pay by credit card please contact us via telephone.

Once your deposit is received we will sign and forward the contract to you for your signature and submission of the next 1/3 installment payment (fall hunts only). Remembering that the last 1/3 installment payment must be received by us 60 days prior to the onset of your hunt date. Spring Bear hunters please make note that your complete payment must be paid in full 60 days prior to your hunt. Therefore if you book a hunt in early January, then your balance for your hunt will be due no later than March 1st.
