North Alta Ventures Client and Guide Agreement

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HUNT

The hunt deposit and payments are non refundable but may be transferred to a replacement hunter for the same year. Final payment of your hunt is due and payable in cash, travelers checks or certified bank funds 60 days prior to your hunt.

HUNT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING

Guide, additional personnel, food, camping equipment, supplies and facilities required for the hunt. Trophy preparation, proper government documentation for exportation and arranging for crating and shipping of your trophy to your home or taxidermist. License,  Seals, Goods and Service Tax (G.S.T.) and charters to and from Base Camp. Meat transportation to local meat shop for processing. The round trip air flight and transport between camps and town.

HUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

Client's personal clothing, equipment, sleeping bag, rifle, and ammunition. Leaving camp early, gratuities, hotel costs if any,  liquor, cost of crating and shipping of your trophy.

AIRCRAFT-FLIGHT CONDITIONS - Only applies to persons flying to Second Camp

Flights requested by the client outside of this flight schedule will result in additional charges. These are small aircraft, the per person gear must not exceed sixty (60) pounds plus weapon of choice.

OTHER CONDITIONS

No price reduction can be made due to aircraft failing to depart to the hunting area on the prearranged date, due to delays caused by hunters themselves, weather or other uncontrollable situations.

Should the client's flight fail to depart as to the flight schedule for returning to Commercial Airport, no additional charges for camp accommodations will be charged during the delay. Further, North Alta. Ventures, is not responsible for missed commercial air flights due to this delay. 

For insurance purposes the assumption of risk and release from liability must be signed

WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

WARNING: By signing this agreement, you give up the right to sue for any injury or damages howsoever caused!!

To: NORTH ALTA VENTURES, (hereinafter referred to collectively as "The Company") and employees, representatives, officers and agents (hereinafter referred to collectively as "The Company Employee's").

1. I agree as a precondition to my participation in an A.T.V. ride, wagon/sleigh ride or hunting & fishing activities, organized by "The Company"  allowing me to do so, to be strictly bound by the terms of this Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "This Agreement").

2. I acknowledge that trail rides, wagon/sleigh rides or hunting and fishing activities involve inherent risks that may cause serious injury and possibility of death to participants. I further recognize that back country A.T.V., horse, wagon/sleigh rides and hunting activities involve additional risks and dangers.

3. I fully understand the risks and dangers associated with my participation in this wagon/sleigh, A.T.V. ride or hunting & fishing activities and accept same entirely at my own risk.

4. I hereby WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS which I may have against "The Company" and "The Company Employee's" and RELEASE "The Company" and "The Company Employee's" from ALL LIABILITY for injury, death, property damage or any other loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in this wagon/sleigh or A.T.V. ride or hunting & fishing activity, due to any cause whatsoever including, without limitation, negligence on the part of "The Company" or "The Company Employee's" for any and all legal fees (on a solicitor and his own client basis) or costs which may be incurred in defending any lawsuit or claim I may bring against them.

5. I appreciate that "This Agreement" applies whether "The Company" is at fault or not and it limits the liability of "The Company Employee's" to the same extent as it limits the liability of "The Company" even though "The Company Employee's" are not formal parties to "This Agreement". I understand "The Company", in securing execution of "This Agreement" by myself, is acting as agent or trustee on behalf of or for the benefit of "The Company Employee's", who shall to this extent be or be deemed to be parties to "This Agreement."

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A PROMISE NOT TO SUE "THE COMPANY" OR "THE COMPANY EMPLOYEE'S" AND A RELEASE AND INDEMNITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ON ALL BASIS TO WHOEVER.

Please NOTE: Once you have filled your information for contract and licensing and agree with our terms of agreement please make a copy for your records and forward your payment of deposit to North Alta Ventures ! Your deposit will also confirm your full acceptance of our terms!
